Greta armchair is a modern chair with upholstered armrests. Its peculiarity lies in the division between the portion of the seat and the enveloping cushion, which combines the backrest with the armrests. Thanks to this hollow structure, the cushion is very large and comfortable, decorated with four stitches that create a tufted, soft and refined effect. The suspended back of this design armchair is composed of a shaped and curved cylinder, which wraps around the back. The three slender legs consist of metal tubes with elliptical section, finished with embossed varnishes in different elegant shades. The central leg on the back is actually composed of two legs, which create a single point of support. The central vertical space is a detail that recalls the concept of solids and voids that can be found between the back and the seat. The result is a consistent design, which returns an overall feeling of lightness and balance.
